Booking and Course Terms and Conditions 

1. Full payment via our online booking page will be required to secure a place.
2. Any bookings must be completed via the ProsthoWorks website and will only be confirmed once full payment is received and confirmation email sent. Conversations and enquiries via text, email, WhatsApp, or Instagram regarding bookings will need to be confirmed via website after.
3. The cost is inclusive of course materials, resources, tea/coffee and lunch. Dinner and an overnight stay are included where indicated. 
4. Any dietary requirements or special requests must be provided two weeks before the event. Any requests after this time will be unable to be accommodated.
5. A final agenda for both one and two day courses will be emailed to delegates one week prior to course commencement. 
6. Transfer of dates is not permitted. 
7. If for any reason you are no longer able to attend the course the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellation 150+ days before the course will entitle you to 100% refund.
• Cancellation 91-149 days before the course will entitle you to 50% refund
• Cancellation within 90 days or failure to attend the course will result in no refund.

8. In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled/date is altered by ProsthoWorks free rearrangement will be offered to the delegate. 
9. In the event that we are unable to provide a course day by reason of a Force Majeure Event, rearrangement will be offered to the delegate. Where we incur additional costs as a result of re-arrangement, we reserve the right to increase the cost of the relevant course day. 
10. In reference to terms 7, 8 and 9 ProsthoWorks will not be liable for losses or costs associated with cancelled or rearranged travel arrangements, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or any indirect economic loss, costs, damages charges or expenses. 
11. Delegates will be responsible for the loss or damage of their own equipment and property and will bear the cost of repair, or replacement of such property. 
12. The course materials are provided for reference purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional judgement with respect to particular circumstances. Advice provided by us is generic advice and does not take into account any medical or other conditions that may affect a patient or the treatment they receive therefore ProsthoWorks shall have no liability for losses or damages suffered or incurred by claims against you by patients or any other third parties. 
13. Filming of courses is strictly prohibited
